Preparing for enrollment

Who is eligible?

All full-time and part-time regular employees (working 20 or more hours/week) are eligible for benefits.

This provides coverage to same and opposite sex spouses and domestic partners and eligible child(ren) until the end of the month in which the child reaches age 26.

NEW NAME FOR ANTHEM POS PLAN:

Effective January 1, 2026, the Anthem POS Plan will be renamed the Anthem PPO Plan.

We are changing the name to accurately reflect the true features of the plan. By being enrolled in a PPO (Preferred Provider Organization) Plan, you continue to enjoy enhanced flexibility in choosing your healthcare providers and do not need to obtain referrals to see specialists. No features other than the plan name will change. Provider network, copays, deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums remain the same.

If you are currently enrolled in the Anthem POS Plan, you will simply receive a new ID card reflecting the Anthem PPO Plan name.

NEW FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT (FSA) ANNUAL MAXIMUM:

The FSA annual maximum contribution limit will increase for both the Health Care FSA and Limited Purpose FSA, from $3,300 to $3,400.

The annual contribution will increase for the Dependent Care FSA, from $5,000 to $7,500. Moody’s will continue to match up to $500 of your contributions to the Dependent Care FSA annually; however, beginning in 2026, Moody’s will provide the full contribution into your account at the beginning of the plan year in one lump sum.

NEW HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT (HSA) ANNUAL MAXIMUM:

The HSA annual maximum will increase for those enrolled in the Anthem HealthSAver medical plan, from $4,300 to $4,400 for individual coverage and from $8,550 to $8,750 for family coverage.

Our benefit programs are administered through Benefits Connect, powered by Alight.

Once Benefits Connect receives your employment information, you must contact the Benefits Connect Service Center at digital.alight.com/moodys or (866) 397-5358 to enroll in the benefit plans of your choice. You must enroll within 31 days or you will default to no coverage.

If you choose to enroll in health and welfare benefits as a new hire, the coverage will be effective retro-active to your hire date.

Important reminders:

  • Once you enroll, your benefit elections will be effective retro-active to your hire date, and will stay in effect for the full calendar year unless you experience a qualified life event. Should you experience a qualified life event, visit Benefits Connect to make the applicable changes within 31 days of the event.
