Key medical coverage considerations

Health Savings Account (HSA)

To open a Fidelity HSA, you must be enrolled in the Moody’s Anthem HealthSAver Plan. Moody’s makes a contribution to your HSA ($750 employee/$1,500 family). Any unused money in your HSA is yours to invest in a variety of available options and to keep for future qualified medical expenses, even if you leave Moody’s or change medical plans.

Anthem health care services

If you enroll in an Anthem medical plan, you also have access to additional Anthem resources.

Anthem Virtual 2nd Opinion

Your prescription drug coverage

Every Moody’s medical plan includes comprehensive prescription drug coverage. That means as long as you are enrolled in a medical plan, you are enrolled in prescription drug coverage – no separate enrollment, no extra hassle.

If you are enrolled in an Anthem medical plan, your prescription drug coverage is provided through CVS Caremark. If you are enrolled in the Kaiser plan, Kaiser has its own pharmacies. So, whether it’s a routine refill or a specialty prescription, you’ve got access to a nationwide network and tools to help manage costs and convenience.

Your dental and vision coverage

Dental

You can enroll in one of two Anthem Dental Plans: PPO-A or PPO-B. Both plans are composed of a national network of general and specialized dentists and include in-network and out-of-network choices – though you’ll save the most money staying in-network.

Vision

Through UnitedHealthcare, you and eligible family members are covered for an annual eye exam as well as eyeglasses or contact lenses. You have the option to visit an in-network or out-of-network provider but will enjoy the greatest savings in-network.
